In the lunette, adoring angels surround God the Father (with cruciform halo, cope and mantle).
In the central panel below, two angels crown the enthroned Virgin Mary, who returns the gaze of the viewer and wears the traditonal a blue mantle over a red robe. A donor kneels at her right foot. The back of the throne is carved to resemble an architectural structure.
Unlike his mother, the Child looks a bit to his right with his right hand configured in blessing. With his left he puts a white rose into his mother's hand. His nakedness was a characteristic of Madonna and Child images in the 15th century and into the 16th, thus the date I suggest above.
In the left panel St. Jerome (red cape and mantle, flat red hat, small lion at his left foot) holds a book and a maquette of a church. The right panel features an unidentified young saint with a palm branch signifying martyrdom.
